How a one shot works

It's a Claude Code skill called /oneshot. Give it one line and it does the rest.

One line inI type the idea. "A groovebox for house music." That's it. A photo helps.

It writes the specThe skill expands it into a full spec, including everything I'd usually ask for in rounds two to four: presets, undo, a filming mode, my branding.

Build, then polishIt builds a single web page, then a second Claude critiques it like an Apple designer, and it fixes everything that looks unfinished.

Film itEvery build has a 9:16 Film mode and records its own TikTok-ready clips.

Who's behind this?

Hi, I'm John. When I explain how I work, it sounds a bit mad. My head is a whirlpool of ideas and marketing know-how, and AI has been part of my everyday workflow for the best part of three years. These days, Claude is who I talk to most of the day.

By day that whirlpool goes into Inkon, building websites that bring businesses across Lancashire and the North West their customers. By night I finally get to let the ideas out: I see something cool on my feed, type one line, and bring it to life in one shot.
